What if a soldier's widow or descendants wanted (or needed) to use the name or image? I think I disagree with this on free speech grounds. If a politician used a soldier's name for political gain against the wishes of the family, they could use their own power of free speech to make that politician wish he had never done it.
Boustany always votes for motherhood.
