Well I guess so! We don't have any disaster relief experts to send anywhere! One need not be a Rhodes scholar to figure that out folks! Who did the US state department think they would impress with such an offer?
ANOTHER THOUGHT: Perhaps its the case that the US state department discovered that the envoy of WalMart disaster relief experts had already arrived! What do you think??
