CNN: Couvillion on FEMA

7:20 on CNN. Paula Zahn asks Sheriff Couvillion of Vermilion Parish a question. Couvillion answers, "I can't hear a word you're saying, but I have this statement to make. I wish FEMA would cut all this red tape and get some help to these people."
