Three weeks and LAs death toll is set at 646
If you use the published numbers, it appears that the death toll is minimal. Does this mean that we can expect a refund when we return 24,000 of the 25,000 body bags FEMA ordered? Either the body bag order was "unnecessary spending" or some one is attempting to obfuscate the American public's ability to hear the truth. Ignorance is NOT bliss in this instance.
