MSNBC: Big BIG News-- Delay Indicted.

How many of the pundits said last year that Delay would never be indicted? I need to do some research on that, but I will guarantee that soon the pundits (like Brit Hume)at fox will begin claiming that he'll never be convicted. It's probably happening already.
