Some flooding in N.O

Just reported on WWL radio. Some of the levees in N.O. have been overtopped, and there is some flooding in the Ninth Ward. Predicting 3-5 inches of rain. Major problems if there is more. The overtopping is in places where the levee was repaired, not yet as high as the original levees.
