City prepares for identifying, burying remains of possibly thousands
Folks, help me here. I'm having a little trouble figuring the headline with the military apparently strolling past this deceased victim-- they've not even bothered to move this person which I would think to be a first step in identification.
But, here's the story from MSNBC.
Oh, I get it now . . . they are just preparing!!
