The Federal Housing Administration will launch a program to pay the mortgages of up to 20,000 victims of hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma for as much as a year.I Imagine this will raise some spirits today. A great Christmas present. Or Hanukka present. Or Kwanzaa present.
